Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. Here is exactly what happens if you are not satisfied or need to cancel — per service.
AI Audit (₹299)
Non-refundable once deliveredThe audit report is a custom, time-intensive service delivered within 24 hours. Because the report is created specifically for your business and is delivered digitally, the ₹299 fee is non-refundable once the report has been sent to your WhatsApp and email.
Exception: If we are unable to deliver your report within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.
Website Development (₹10,000)
Partial refund before deliveryA 50% advance is collected at project start and is non-refundable, as it covers design, setup, and initial development work. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
Exception: If we fail to deliver the agreed website within the committed timeline (typically 7 days from receiving all required content from you), the advance is fully refundable.
Monthly Plans (₹15,000/month+)
No refund on delivered monthsMonthly service fees cover work already delivered (content, management, strategy) and are non-refundable for completed months. If you cancel mid-month with 30 days notice, the current month is fully charged.
Exception: If Numero Uno Marketing fails to deliver the agreed services within a month, a pro-rata refund for undelivered work will be issued.
Digital Business Launch (₹40,000 / 3 months)
Prorated for unused period onlyThe launch package is a structured 3-month programme. If you wish to discontinue after Month 1, you will be charged for work delivered and refunded any unused portion, minus a 15% early termination fee.
Exception: Full refund of unused months if Numero Uno Marketing is unable to begin work within 14 days of the signed agreement.
