Terms of Service

Numero Uno Marketing provides digital marketing services including website development, social media management, Google Business optimisation, WhatsApp automation, and AI-powered audits.

The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the individual service agreement signed between Numero Uno Marketing and the client.

The AI Audit is a paid service priced at ₹299. Payment is collected after audit delivery via a link sent to your WhatsApp.

The audit report is delivered within 24 hours of form submission and payment confirmation.

The audit analyses your publicly available digital presence (Instagram, Google Business, website) and provides recommendations. Results are indicative and based on publicly accessible data.

The ₹299 AI Audit fee is non-refundable once the report has been delivered.

Monthly service plans require a minimum commitment period as specified in your individual contract.

Our written results guarantee — "measurable improvement in customer enquiries by Month 3, or Month 4 is free" — applies only to clients on the Social Media + Website plan or higher, and is subject to the client fulfilling their obligations (timely approvals, access to accounts, etc.).

Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice, except during the minimum commitment period.

Clients must provide timely approvals, access to required social media and Google accounts, and any assets (photos, videos, copy) as agreed.

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and do not trigger the results guarantee.

Clients are responsible for ad spend budgets paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads). We charge only for management.

All content created by Numero Uno Marketing for a client (posts, graphics, copy, website) belongs to the client upon full payment.

Numero Uno Marketing retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Numero Uno Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.

We are not responsible for changes in third-party platform algorithms (Instagram, Google) that may affect performance outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
